I need to a roommate to share an apartment. Please let me know if you:

1.  Already have an apartment and need a roommate to share, OR
2. Are planning to rent one soon and therefore looking for a roommate.

Age: 28; Sex: Male; Nationality: Nepali; Profession: IT, Workplace: DC; Smoke: Yes, Drink: Socially; Ablity to cook: Moderate; Current Residence: Mc Lean, VA.

Few of my preference/s:

1. Working Nepali male. (profession and nationality not mandatory though)
2. Share a 2/3 bedroom apartment with one room occupied by me.
3. Share Kitchen and groceries. (not mandatory though).
4. Highly willing to stay near a Metro Station.(not mandatory though)
5. Willing to move soon but still can wait for 1/2 months if required.
