Here is what Koirala talked about in Nepalnews.com. I thought this was funny. GP did bring wind of changes in Nepal. Now he wants same thing to happen in Bhutan where they have over 2,000 megawatts of electricity where as we have Oh well 16 hours blackout. Wow..what a wind of change.
It is truely a Wind of Change.
