sathi ho, I have a very good friend, he got deporation in 1999, when he was trying to help someone to bonds from immigration. He did not go back to Nepal. Now he is in DHS custody almost 20 days on traffic vilations. He has 5 year US citizen son. I consulated so many lawyer Indian and Amercan so on. Indian Lawyer almost all asking money first and they says they will reopen the case however almost all american lawyer are saying they will executed previous deporation without any bail or bonds. I am very frustrated with these legal system.I do not know how to get rid of him from DHS custody. Is anybody has same problem before? Let help this good man. peace
