My parents got 5 years multiple visitor visa last month but they wanna come in USA next year.do you guys think they can come USA when ever they wanna come with in five years or they have to come with in six  month .

              Nice to know that your parent's got 5years multiple visitors visa, Congratulations. They can go to US any time they want. There is no time restriction so don't worry about it. My relatives had to go through the same situation and we had to contact the embassy to clarify out about the actual rules and regulations about the 5yrs multiple visitors visa. They got visa in february 2007 and they visited states in december 2007 and again in March 08. Hope it helps...........ta

they can come to the US any time but they can't stay in the US for more than 6 months in any visits.

Their stay can be extended up to 12months but its a lengthy process. Not many wants to involve in that process  but there is a possibitities if anybody wants to stay for another 6months.
