Tribhuwan University is one I could think right off the top of my head. Reputed (World famous in Nepal), extremely affordable, and GMAT/GRE not required. Can't go wrong with the choice.

That is a 3R (rude reply from riddle). I am not sure if TU offers Ph. D. in Finance or Human Resource Management but I am sure that GF_Wife didn't expect to be helped in that manner.
