Namaste!

There is going to be a "Anapana" meditation course in Boston for Children (Age group 8-12) and Teens (Age group 13-16). Both courses are one day each. Each course will start in the morning (9 am) and ends in the evening (4 pm).

Anapana is a scientific technique for concentrating mind, and is a prerequisite for Vipassana meditation. Vipassana is a pure scientific technique to purify mind. This technique was rediscovered by the great son of Nepal, Gautama the Buddha . You might just have heard his name and read about him, let your kids practice what their great great grandfather used to teach! Let your kids discover what made their great great grandfather beloved to the world!! Give them a chance to know what their great great grandfather has to offer to them!!!


I have some experience about the technique. If you want to know benefits or if you have any special question, please don't hesitate to ask me.
