Visit your recruiting division or National guard located in your city. You will be able to get full information you needed.

I don't know much about this but do a Google search on MAVNI Program (I think the quota is already filled for MAVNI, though). I did a search on "join army" and these are some of the results. These might be helpful to you.

I Heard they are again opening the MAVNI Program from April 15 or May 15. One of my frd who pulled himself in the last minute is planning to join. I am gonna give my shot too this time. Lets see what they have for me in the box.
